We’ve been a loyal customer here for over 20 plus years and have always appreciated the service and support I received in the past with previous owners . Unfortunately, a recent warranty issue on a new above ground pool wasn’t handled as I had hoped, terrible customer service to the point my husband had to step in. We were very disappointed with how it was handled to get resolved this could have been done so much better. Warranty did cover and no issues with warranty or manufacturer. After much consideration, we have decided to move on — and I have to say, I absolutely love my new place we’re dealing with. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope this business hopefully will learn from our poor experience. All the best to them moving forward. Love their products have pool, hot tubs leather furniture and BBQ but lucky tons of business deal with same items.
When our old beachcomber crapped out, they had me back up and running within a day. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They had the part in stock and Pablito came out right away to install. Now we have peace of mind again with a warranty on the replaced parts too. Great service!
First year of having an in-ground swimming pool and it was challenging. Every step of the way all the Staff from sales to service were awesome to deal with and helped us out so much. From the last home owners leaving us an algae problem that they helped clear up quickly, to replacing a 30 year old (yes, 1994) pool heater they were there to assist. They really helped to make our first year of pool ownership enjoyable and by doing so have made us loyal customers. I recommend them for all your pool, hot tub and leisure needs.
Best place for chemicals. Especially for well water for filling your hot tub. So many other places convinced me to use their chemicals and 100% they are not the same. The other stain and scales are just not strong enough for well water with Iron. Use Eliminate with the pure blue and u have clear water in a day and half. I tried for 5 days to clear the iron with coast spa products and it didn’t work. I should know better as this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I just need to listen and only buy Eliminate for my start up filling of my hot tub for the season. The staff here are amazing and total me what to do and they were right. Thank you.
