I just want to say what an amazing pool store Creative is. I have been a customer there for several years. This year for the first time i have been dealing with John. All i can say is he knows about pools and how to fix a problem accurately without spending tons of money. Great personality, great customer service.
Big fan of Creative. Friendly, knowledgeable service. Never push anything on you. The owner went so far as to come to my house after he closed the store a few years back (when I first moved to town and knew nothing about pools), in order to put in a new motor and valve himself to get me up and running. Talk about service and building a strong relationship. Great guy. Highly recommend Creative.
