Queen Creek Hot Tubs

recently traded in my hot tub through Southwest Spas and upgraded to a swim spa with a Covana cover, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. What began as a simple upgrade turned into a complete backyard transformation including a pergola installation, additional pavers, hardscaping improvements, and creating a true backyard oasis. Jason, Henry, and Cameron were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. They catered to every need, answered every question, and made sure I understood the care and maintenance of the swim spa and equipment. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service made me feel less like a customer and more like part of the Southwest Spas family. What really impressed me was the quality of the installation and hardscaping work. They took the time to ensure everything was done correctly, looked beautiful, and functioned perfectly together. The communication and follow-through were exceptional. If you are considering adding a swim spa, hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, Covana cover, or even redesigning your backyard into a complete outdoor oasis, I highly recommend Southwest Spas. Their team truly delivers a high-end experience with outstanding customer care and craftsmanship.

The spa/ hot tub is great We love the serenity, 6800. We’ve used it every day since it’s been installed. We had to change our plan for positioning due to some HOA requirements but it all worked out nicely. You folks at Southwest Spas are a pleasure to work with, and I appreciate your patience and fair pricing.

The entire team at Queen Creek Hot Tubs are rockstars. That level of service they offer is rare. When you are buying a hot tub, service matters just as much as the product, and I have never experienced support like this. If you are looking for a hot tub in Queen Creek or the surrounding area, this is the place to go. Top notch team, top notch service, and top notch Hot Tubs!
