Beat customer service I have experienced in a long time! We own a Marquis spa and no one would help us with a leak. Spoke to Rob and he took extra time and helped me find part I need and then showed me how to make the simple fix!! Don’t go anywhere else!!!

I have been coming here for years. Bought a hot tub here three years ago, and they have always been super helpful. Very honest, and always willing to help. Very professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Definitely a five star service.

Recently purchased a hot tub from Choice Pool & Spa, and the experience was excellent. Rob was very knowledgeable about the products and helped guide us through all our questions. What stood out most was his responsiveness—any time we reached out, he replied quickly and thoroughly. Great service from start to finish. I highly recommend.
