I needed to research jets for my hot tub because the local company in Dunn where we bought it stopped supporting our maintenance needs. Found the Wellis website, looked up where to buy replacement parts, and came upon Epic Hot Tubs. I called them, and fortunately was transferred to a WONDERFUL sales representative name Johnna. It was late in the work day, but nothing but willingness to help from her! She asked me for some pictures of the tub and the needed part (keep in mind she is a sales rep for selling hot tubs). She looked up the part, contacted me with part availability, coordinated to send me the invoice via email, and texted me she would get the parts shipped asap! It is an understatement to say they have earned another loyal customer!
First, we have thoroughly enjoyed our Tranquility Harbor spa purchased at the Durham store. I also attended a very informative free class one Saturday morning on hot tub maintenance. A special praise is reserved for Jonna (sp?), who was very helpful in walking me through some trouble shooting to solve a problem that we we having with our thermostat right before leaving for an 8 day trip-- given that we live over an hour away from the store, this level of caring service is greatly appreciated-- they really do go above and beyond to meet their customes' needs.
Working with Johnna was incredible! Our relationship began a year before purchase. I was very up front about our timing and did not sway her one bit in the amount of patience and professionalism she shared with us until purchase and eventual delivery of the hot tub. She is not just a sales person, she is our friend. After months of prep work for the site, and eventual delivery yesterday, we can begin to get water in the tub and go through our steps. Working with Johnna and Epic Hot Tubs has been awesome. Thank you to the team. We look forward to many years of enjoyment with our new hot tub , many thanks to Johnna.
