I wanted to take a minute to thank all of the professionals at SPOT pools for an amazing job. They built our pool. We are using a service to maintenance the pool this first year since we are still learning. Each time one of their maintenance crew comes, they ask us who installed the pool and comment on how well done everything is. … but the other part that to me is even more impressive is that after a year, they still immediately answer my calls to answer my questions and help out. Yesterday, we had an issue with the spa (not their fault). Somehow one of the wires to an automated part of the system had had been cut. It was 3pm on Friday afternoon. I called, they answered and did a FaceTime call to troubleshoot, had someone here by 4pm and everything was working by 4:15. You cannot beat that. I would highly recommend their people and their work!
