Just bought a Pentax check valve from Mountain View pool and paid $105The same piece on Amazon is $30What a rip off. Will never do business with them again!!!
Very poor service. Schedule a service call between 9 and 1. They never showed. I called back for an ETA and was told by a nice lady that it would be 45 minutes. Never showed. I called to reschedule and they said they would see what they could do. I took the day off for the repair. Follow up needs to improve with their Customers Service. Sad for a small business.
What an exceptional experience!!! I’ve been looking to remodel my pool for 2 years and got a bid from several contractors. For some reason these people show up, look at the house and the neighborhood and assume they can charge a million dollars for something that was 1/3 of the price a few years ago go.Jennifer, the owner and Marco made the process very easy. They were very patient with me as I had many questions and wanted to know the details before they started the work and their price was very reasonable.
Really Good pool Staff. Always helpful and friendly. Pricing is better than Leslie’s pool Chain. Bought a new salt generator there rather than Amazon, their Warranty was better than Amazon, and the price was better too.
