Hi there. Bought hot tub in Nov 2024. At first 2 month it was working fine, then NOFLO messages start appearing, pumps don’t circulate water, even after resetting breaks it had same problem over and over. Did all my maintenance of water system on top notch lvl.Asked for warranty, store said no, that i have to pay diagnostic to know what the issue is first and then they repair it. Thats 200$/hNo communication whatsoever. Hardly ever get someone that can help and. Calls never returned . I would not recommend this hot tub store .

I got my hot tub a couple weeks ago, my wife and I use it every night! We absolutely love it! Dale was great to work with on the sale of the tub, and Stephanie has been amazing at helping with everything after the fact!
Got our new Dynasty Spa in July and haven’t regretted it a single second. Being a new hot tub owner we were worried about maintenance but it has been a breeze! Highly recommended, we are absolutely loving it!
