We had pool service with Guiton’s for a few years. In that time we had two different pool techs. The first one was fine, but our second was not as good. He would come up and Sit in the truck for approximately 10 minutes and then spend about ten minutes doing the weekly cleaning and then was gone. The monthly rate went up yearly, and quality service declined. You can find much better service at a more affordable rate in the area in my opinion.
I want to thank Mike Heberlein for working with me on getting the tile in my pool and jacuzzi replaced. Mike is so professional, kind, and extremely helpful. He coordinated with North State Masonry, who did the work and they were amazing. Thank you again Mike for your diligence in making sure the job got done.Also, thank you Chris for following up!
We switched to Guiton’s 2 years ago and have been extremely happy since. Our previous pool company struggled with keeping our salt pebble tech pool clean throughout summer and winter months. They blamed all the foliage around the pool for creating these conditions. While I’m sure the plants contributed to it, we needed a company that knows how to combat it year round. Guiton’s has it figured out. On top of that they communicate well, are friendly and take care of additional problems without having to be asked. Highly recommend their services.
