Gail, Kelly, Rena, Mitchell and Nick made the whole process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the water chemistry. Their customer service is exceptional and you are always welcomed with a smile. It is rare to fine a business that continues to provide a great level of service even after the sale. I bought my beachcomber hot tub from Gail and Kelly 12 years ago, and it has been the best purchase of my life. Amazing tub, and the customer service has been incredible. I had a small leak recently, and I sent a video to Gail to show her and to tell me what I should be doing. And she popped right over, and fixed it up for me. So kind of her!! In fact, all of the staff here at this family business are awesome and friendly and super knowledgeable, not to mention Beachcomber are the BEST tubs! I would recommend this company if you're thinking of getting a hot tub! Absolutely the best. ??
My husband and I went into aloha yesterday and were greeted with a smile. Kelly (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable about all of the tubs, she wasn’t a typical pressuring sales person, but rather a friendly face who knew what she was talking about but only wanted to educate us so that we could make the best decision on which tub was right for us. We ended up going with a beautiful one, and all the way through the purchase Kelly was transparent about all the costs and what comes with the hot tub, as well as ensuring her team would teach us about how to care for it etc, and she made sure we knew that after the purchase - if anything goes wrong, her team would help make it right. You could tell she was so passionate about what she does and honestly it was a great experience. We can’t wait to get our hot tub!!
