Oh my gosh ! I can’t believe how this place has slipped! I am a 50 year pool owner( so I have my fair share of dealing w ith pool companies ,,,) All,I can say is the receptionist is the first person of contact, and when that initial Contact turns negative ,, they refuse to service me !!! REGINA needs. A pool service company that talks the talk and walks the walk!!!! When Mark was the owner , at least he knew what and how to deal with the clients !!!! Ellis needs to get a handle on their employees , just sayin,,,,,,, at this point I don’t recommend anyone spending the money to have a poo, as there is no service and you will need it trust me I am at the point of filling my pool with soil and saying goodbye to to the extra headaches and also the big expenses ,
Sean and Kyle are fantastic to deal with. They installed my pool a few years ago and have been servicing it ever since. They respond incredibly quickly to emails and do a very thorough job of opening / closing it every season. We had a leak this year and they were amazing in getting it fixed (including several extra checks to make sure everything was working). I wouldn't use anyone else for the pool. Thanks guys!

Was at the Co-op earlier tonight getting gas and overheard what I later learned was the owner and his wife of the company harrassing a woman for asking the kind pump attendant to help with filling the air in her tires.Incredibly rude behaviour considering they do not know her reasoning for maybe needing an extra hand with something that could be difficult. Not a good look for the company.
Sean and his team at Ellis Pools have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They completed a substantial pool renovation job for my family. This involved a lot of work and the installation of a automatic pool cover. Sean was incredibly responsive, timely and had great recommendations. His team was hard working and friendly! Easily one of the best experiences with any contractor I have ever had. Highly recommend!
