Had a wonderful experience with Casey at Robert Allen pools and spas. He gave me a great deal on a floor model. The service and installation tech crew were also very helpful and explained things well including all setup. This company is not a mega corporate feel and gives you highly personalized service and makes you feel prioritized which we really appreciate. Casey helped us when we stopped in their showroom last year. He spent time explaining all their hot tub options and was very knowledgeable. We ended buying a tub through them a few months later and had an easy purchasing experience. Casey is always very kind and willing to help. We originally saw Robert Allen at a home show. We saw a tub we liked and after the show went to their show room to look at all of their spas. They have a big selection and take their time to explain all the features of each spa we were interested in. Othey gave us what we felt was a good price. Once we selected a spa, we paid for it and they ordered our spa. When the spa arrived they called and set up a time that worked for me to deliver the spa. Once hooked up they came out and helped us get the chemicals set and made sure we understood everything about our spa. Robert Allen gave us excellent service from sale to set up. The set up team was great and knowledgeable about the spa we purchased. If you want a quality spa, I highly recommend Robert Allen Pools and Spas
