Set up and salt system start up care of spa was reviewed precisely and carefully by Chris with us. Complete experience did not feel rushed and questions were answered expertly. Great job team. Great experience from initial Q&A, to sales order execution, pre delivery planning to deliver day of. All team members were very professional. Special shout out to Grant McLaughlin for answer all my questions and also helping to get the chemical dialed in after install. Also to the delivery team of Anthony W, Kevon and Jullian. All three did a great job and ensured no damage to my property or the sap during install. Still have a few new monitoring systems to get set up so I’m looking forward to the continued professional support and follow through.
What a great company to do business with. The local store on S.Virginia is our go-to place for spa products and services.I recently had the bracket on our spa cover bend and tear out due to very high winds where we live.I contacted the company (Andi) and she had Vincent came out. He was on time and called me with updates. Within less than an hour he was able to straighten out the bracket and had it reattached.No extra parts needed other than the screwsGreat job all around!
I absolutely love my hot tub the whole process from start to finish was easy and they are great communication was refreshing. My sciatica has been bothering and my sleep is awful I go in my hot tub first thing in the morning and before bed . I’m not only more relaxed but sleep quality has improved and my sciatica is way better. I’d like to mention it’s just awesome to sit and relax

He is very precise with his measurements and cleaning steps. He is a good listener and remembers issues from previous conversations. Good communicator regarding expected arrival time. He follows up with his leadership to ensure outstanding issues are addressed. Very detail oriented, takes necessary time to achieve proper outcomes and does not rush just to get to his next appointment. It is clear that he cares about me- the customer!
