My 40yr pool was in dire need of a total restoration. I reached out to a few places and one name was recommended to me several times as the best to have such work done. I contacted Plaster Rock Pools and spoke to Nick. He was excellent and a pleasure to deal with , he gave me multiple options from styles and cost material options . He came the next day after we spoke to get a good look at the pool and work required along with some material samples. My wife chose her colors and materials and we went ahead with the job. His crew was more than professional thorough, and the job was completed to perfection and completed in a very timely fashion. A picture is worth a 1000 words so I posted my Before & After of my pool. Nick and his crew did an amazing job refinishing our old concrete pool for a cost that was highly competitive and reasonable compared to many other quotes we got. We chose to use the pebble quartz plaster material (Tahoe) and couldn't be happier with how it turned out.The process of choosing the right colour was not rushed and Nick personally came over to provide us with samples and gave professional recommendations based on experience.Throughout the whole process, communication was ongoing, honest and prompt. When a coping tile was accidentally broken they did everything to make it right and the tile guy came quickly to get his job done. After he finished we had to wait a few extra weeks to get the rest of the plaster job finished because they got busy, which wasn't ideal, but once they got here, the crew was so efficient getting the job done and were very careful and respectful of our property.Customer service is key and post care was also provided- even a month after the job was done, Nick was willing to come back to touch up a few things we asked.I'd definitely recommend the company to anyone looking for concrete pool work to be done.
