Once our rep was made aware of issues with our hot tub, he immediately send a tech person the next day. The problem was identified and parts ordered. Once the parts arrive, it was promptly installed. I used to go to a different hydropool dealer for my swim spa. This place is closer for me. I have only been there twice. What a huge difference for the better. The first time I was dealing with a young guy who was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful in explaining my needs to me. The second time I was dealing with Brian the owner. He is an amazing guy he really cares about his customers and seems to really enjoy what he is doing. You have a customer for life. Thank you.
We have dealt with many companies and contractors over the years and the service that we received from Brian, the owner, and Ethan, the technician who opened our swim spa, was amongst the best that I can remember. Brian went out of his way to contact us and confirm that a service technician would be scheduled on very little notice, to open our swim spa so that it would be ready for the weekend. Brian was very courteous and accommodating and Ethan, our service technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. A far better experience than other swim spa companies that we have dealt with. I would strongly recommend York Region Hot Tubs and Pools.
