Thanks again so much! We love the service you guys provide!!! We have never had any company come anywhere near the level of excellent service and dependability which you guys have provided! We have a house full of visiting family tonight - a Saturday night, and two hours ago our spa water was low and dirty. Now, it is clean and heating and the jets are on, so now, all the adults can use the spa tonight! This level of service is rarely demonstrated in the pool business, and from me and my wife, we give you five stars!!! Thank you for being accommodating, professional and dependable! You have always responded promptly to every one of our messages we send you EVEN WHEN WE CONTACT YOU IN THE EVENING OR WEEKENDS! In all my years in dealing with companies who provide our home with products and services, I have never witnessed a customer service organization respond and follow up in such an exceptional manner until the problem is resolved to our complete satisfaction than you guys!
