Dom and Wes with Thatcher Pools did a great job opening our pool. I know they’re busy this time of year opening a lot of pools, but Dom was still patient, answered all our questions, and took the time to explain everything. Really appreciate it—would definitely recommend them!
Your tech people with boots on the ground is top notch! The customer service of answering the phone and getting back to you is terrible! Then you have this hopeful auto text when you miss the call that you respond yes to text and get no answer. I bought a hot tub and went to Byron and Leisure for the simple reason that every time I call I rarely talk to someone the same day and that is a problem!
We are on our 3rd spa from Thatcher and trying the salt system. Thatcher has given us top notch service since the beginning. We appreciate the ease of water testing and helpful advice on product use. I can't tell you how easy he made it when we came to narrowing down our choices and what fit best in our space and what we wanted for our hydrotherapy needs. We ordered the new 2024 model of the Hot Springs Flair and while it took a bit longer to get, Bailey kept us informed weekly on any new updates he had. When the truck arrived he was able to schedule our install right away! Bailey follow up on the delivery & install right away, and walked us through set by step on what to do for the initial set up and water care. He seriously made set up, a breeze! We purchased a Hot Springs spa through Thatcher pools in August of 2022. We had excellent customer service from Tanya Olson (I first started the product research process a year before our purchase, I am not sure I would have been as patient and informative as she was). She was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for in a spa experience and what we didn’t want (extensive upkeep). She helped us find the perfect fit for us and we couldn’t be happier. She also continues to answer my questions promptly long after the sale was final!
