They built us a beautifu free forml pool and a spal in 2021. Every step from planning to completion was smooth and painless. Quality was immaculate. Since then we have had a few technical issues and Brandon has been prompt to either troubleshoot and be onsite to take care of it. 4 years and going........Hardly a cookie cutter. They do beat the price and the mark up that comes with bloated big bill board type pool companies with large advertising budget, sales force and middle management layer! Thanks Brandon

They have built me several pools, all beautiful and special - and my best memory is the way they treat me and take care of what they created each and every time. A pool company for life. It is a pleasure to write a review for Cookie Cutter Pools. As you see from the photos, we trusted Brandon and Lori from Cookie Cutter to design, dig the hole and create our pool and spa. Their ability to navigate the trials and tribulations of permitting and inspections was fantastic and pain free. Looking back over the build, what we were most impressed with, was the experience and talent of every employee and sub-contractor who had a hand in the design and completion of our pool.Both Brandon and Lori are always available to offer us ongoing support. We cannot give higher praise and feel very comfortable in giving the highest recommendation to Brandon, Lori and the Cookie Cutter team.
Cookie Cutter may sound like they do only a few designs but they don't - we designed our pool and even after 10 years, our pool looks beautiful. AND, when we have called for assistance, their tech has been able to help solve my problems either over the phone, or with a quick, inexpensive visit. I would recommend Cookie Cutter Pools to anyone.
We had the best experience with Cookie Cutter Pools. This is truly a family owned and operated business with the hardest working people. Choosing them for such a large investment was the best decision we could have made. Note: I received quotes from 3 other companies. Cookie Cutter had the best value, by far.Communication was excellent with both Lori and Brandon. Our home was a new build and the city had a hiccup with permitting. Lori stayed on top of them and included me on emails. She even went as far as to write to our city council!Both Brandon and Lori tackled the project with patience and professionalism. They walked us through every detail from scheduling to choosing tile colors to umbrella hole placement. No detail left undone. Our pool has been completed for almost 2 years now and when I text, they still respond and are just as helpful.Don’t let the name fool you- they install everything from high end pools to the classic rectangle. We have a very small yard, so we went classic rectangle with aCabo shelf in the shallow end and a resting step in the deep end.Their high points in particular are their people, communication, and desire to make customers happy. We are THRILLED.
