Wow! My older pool filter unit was leaking from the exhaust outlet on the filter compartment. And the lines had a lot of air in them as evident from the floating pool sweep and the air coming out every morning at start up. I was thinking a replacement of the entire filter system was in order. Called NPS to take a look, and had to set up an appointment. Nelson from NPS inspected the system and ran the filter. I was out of town at the moment, and he called me and gave me some great advice. He agreed it was old system, but wanted me to troubleshoot a couple of things before deciding to replace. Even though the replacement price seemed reasonable to me. I got home from vacation, followed Nelson's instructions. After removing the filters and testing the pressure without the filters, I decided to buy new filters myself and replace. Runs great! No replacement of the system needed. The trip to diagnose was free and didn't cost me a thing for NPS. They didn't try to sell me something I thought I needed. They were only interested in finding the cause of the issue and letting me know what should be done. I still have an older filter system, but it is running great. And when it gets to the point of needing replacement, I know where to go! Five stars for sure! Thank you Nelson and NPS Pool Service!
We have been using NPS Pool Service & Repair for about a year now. Nelson and his team do a great job, very punctual/always on time. Our pool has never looked better. Luis is great and always provides us with a chemical report every week!
These guys are incredible. Have been using a different company for the past year. Always had dirt or de debris in the pool even after they came and cleaned. These guys changed the game!! Now our pool is so clear, the water is flowing how it is supposed to. I can’t say enough about how great of a company these guys are. Would recommend 10/10!! Nelson arrived on time and went to work troubleshooting our pump that we nor our other pool guy could not get to connect properly. He was very polite, worked diligently and even reached out to Pentair to make sure our problem got resolved. He also gave us some insight and advice on how to schedule our pool pumps so that we could make the most out of our setup. Highly recommend- finally not stressed about my pool!
I went through 3 different poolCleaning companies due to lack of communications and service. NPS is the best with customer service, communications and cleaning. Their weekly updates keep you informed with the chemicals they used along with weekly pics. I highly recommend them! Ive been with them 2+ years and very happy.
