Do not come close to this business. The Hydropool hot tub itself is decent, but our experience with Skyview Industries and the owner, Mark, was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. Would say he is pathological liar and very emotionally unstable!!!In late November 2025, we placed a deposit on a Hydropool hot tub after being repeatedly told it would arrive before Christmas. We were pressured with comments like “you have until Monday, the truck is full and leaving.” Even early on, we noticed inconsistent information about the models, and timelines, but assumed it was simple disorganization since the product details were available directly from Hydropool.By the end of December, we had heard nothing. In January, after multiple attempts to contact them, we finally received an invoice for over $8,000 with instructions to e-transfer payment because the hot tub was supposedly ready to leave the warehouse. After payment was sent, Mark claimed he never received it, despite auto-deposit being enabled. We spent the next two weeks dealing with our bank while hearing constantly changing explanations about his banking issues. The bank confirmed the funds had been accepted. After that came endless delays and excuses: shipping problems, unsafe roads, staffing issues, high delivery costs, etc. The hot tub was finally delivered in late March — three months later than promised.Delivery day was also unpleasant. Mark was yelling and swearing at workers, then argued with us about placement and setup despite the fact we were simply replacing an existing hot tub with all utilities already in place. When we later tested the tub, the jets were not functioning properly and pressure varied significantly. Instead of helping, Mark immediately denied there could be a problem Can’t be!!!”, insisted he was the only person qualified to service these tubs, raised his voice repeatedly, and became aggressive during the conversation. When we suggested returning the tub, he started yelling and swearing at us on our own property.Ironically, we solved the issue ourselves using Hydropool manufacturer videos and documentation online. To make matters worse, when we went to finalize the remaining payment, Mark attempted to add charges for a crane delivery that never happened. He only backed off after we informed him we had security cameras proving no crane was used.We have paid the full invoice, yet we still have not received the promised certificate of insurance.Overall, the product may be fine, but dealing with this business was a nightmare, exhausting, stressful, and completely unprofessional. Don’t trust anything he says! We would strongly recommend buying a hot tub from another dealer.
Got a new tub few years ago from Mark and he did us right. His suggestions for chemicals allow the water to stay clean for 6 months or more.
We purchased our 4th hottub last year and it is,by far, the best hottub we’ve ever had. It is very quiet, has definitely cut our hydro bill, and has features we love.Mark at Skyview industry’s is well known as a master in his field. He’s honest and cares about our opinions and makes us comfortable with any silly questions have. The products in their shop are well priced and they explain how and when to use them. If you’re thinking of getting a new hottub, be sure to visit them for superior sales and service.
Bought a Hydropool spa from Skyview in 2023. The unit has been a solid performer. Installation was prompt and professional. Great advice from Mark and his team. Chemicals are always in stock and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend Skyview.
Mark and Garry were absolutely fantastic with great attention to detail on the delivery and install of our new hotub. Very personable no pressure approach. Would Highly recomend for your hotub needs or wants! Cheers Mark! Bryan B
