I went to a few different hot tub stores before ending up here with Tatianna, and the experience was completely different from the start. Instead of immediately trying to show me spas, she actually sat down with me first and asked a bunch of questions, writing down everything I was looking for. Everywhere else I went, I felt like I was being told what I needed, but she really listened.After that, she walked me through the options that actually matched what I wanted and narrowed it down so it didn’t feel overwhelming. When we finally looked at the hot tubs, the ones she picked out were exactly what I ended up liking most.What stood out the most was that I never felt like I was being “sold.” She explained everything in a really straightforward way especially when it came to things like pumps. I learned that some places can make it sound like you’re getting more than you actually are, and she broke down the difference between therapy pumps, circulation pumps, and air blowers, so I knew exactly what I was getting.Honestly, if I had gone with one of the other stores, I probably would have regretted it. Tatianna was super knowledgeable, honest, and didn’t sugarcoat anything. She set clear expectations and even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well.We ended up getting the Island Grand Cayman, and we absolutely love it, plus we feel really good about the price we got. I’m really glad we ended up working with her.

So this was the first time buying a hot tub I really had no idea what to expect. As soon as I walked into your store the young lady named Tatiana, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and when we left to speak about it, we realized that the right place to buy a hot tub so we did go back and we bought a hot tub and the experience didn’t stop there. Customer service is outstanding and we had questions we make a phone call. We got answers right away. We had a technician to come out to help us. Honestly, I can’t say enough and Tatiana again was an absolutely amazing young lady and if I had room for a second Hot Tub, I’d probably buy one just because of such a great experience there so thank you truly for everything you’ve done.
Tatianna was the absoulute best. My wife and I went in as semi-reluctant hot tub buyers. We've been talking about getting one forever, but never pulled the trigger due to fears of high costs and constant maintenance. We also really don't like high-pressure sales tactics and upselling. Tatianna immediately put us at ease. She asked us the perfect questions for us to get the perfect tub. She actually listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in the perfect direction. She also helped us with all of our questions regarding chemicals and even sent a follow-up email with more specific and clear instructions and recommendations for us to do. She also guides us through the financing part which was also very easy and smooth. We are very very happy with our new tub and have been in it every day since we got it.Thank you Tatianna!!
