This was an overall amazing investment in our home. The team was very quick to get started and though weather and crew limitations impacted timeline a bit, thise are common with any job and overall didnt delay the opening. The following spring. Two years in and we still love the pool!
We are having a very large inground pool installed by Aqua Pool Pros. Being that it is off-season and cold, the installation is not yet complete. However, it is anticipated that it will be completed first thing, as soon as the weather allows. That said, so far, we are very happy with the service provided by Aqua Pool Pros. Larry and Jason are great. They promptly answer any questions we have (there have been many) and even on weekends they respond quickly. Their crew and subcontractors have all been respectful and professional. The quality of their work seems to be top notch so far. We would happily refer them to our friends and family, and upon completion of the project will provide an updated review.**Update to be posted soon*** 5 stars is NOT warranted however.
We chose Aqua Pool Pros last year because they were able to get our project started much sooner than any other company! Larry and Jason (our project manager) have been great about keeping us informed of the progress. We have had some delays due to unforeseen problems (weather, crew,etc) but they have been upfront about everything. We are nearing the end of our very large project and can't wait to post pics of our beautiful new pool!9/8/2023Here are some updated photos of our pool! Aqua Pool Pros installed our pool in 2021 and we are so please with the end result.
