Four Seasons Pool

We had a pool motor freeze up and four seasons was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. We were up and running again within hours of reaching out to them. Not only did they sell us the replacement part but they guided us through how to install the new one. We would highly recommend this local company!!

Only my 2nd google review ever but figure it's worth letting people know how unprofessional the owner is. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Hired to open my pool this year and couldn't be a worse experience. When called, the owner was as rude as could possibly be. Have had a pool for years with zero issues from any company until had them out. Unfortunate because they have a store front down the road but will happily drive to Pool King where the service and staff are exceptional. Oh, and they broke off a piece of my brick on my waterfall and said it was like that when they showed up. I was just out there the morning before they showed up and was all intact.

Prior to the Wentzville location opening for the 2026 season, I called the St. Charles location looking for Pentair o-ring that I could not find a part number for in any online or written materials. Nikoa took my call and said they would research it for me. They found the part # and had it in stock. She indicated that I could pick it up when ready. I stated that I live really close to the Wentzville location and would rather get it at that store when they open in April. Nikoa offered to meet me at the closed store on a Saturday, on her own free time. This is exceptional service! Thank you Nikoa!!! I installed the o-ring the same day and my leaky Multiport valve on the sand filter is no longer leaking and I did not have to wait an additional 1-2 weeks or drive 20 miles to pick up.

I can’t say enough great things about the experience that I had with Four Seasons! I’ve been stressed about getting our in-ground pool liner replaced for the last 2 years and have talked to several companies that made it seem like rocket science. Not Four Seasons! I walked in and Nikoa helped me select a liner and walked me through their process in less than 30 minutes. My liner was perfectly ordered, timely and it’s gorgeous! We had a crack in the skimmer. Jesse came out and educated me on how they would fix it and made sure I understood and we agreed on a plan. The next week, Justin and Cody arrived on the scheduled day and dug up the skimmer, replaced it and came back the next day to change out the liner. It’s gorgeous!!! These are some of the nicest people that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! They were timely, efficient, polite, communicated well and cleaned up after they finished. Our pool looks beautiful and I’m so thankful that I found a company that made this process simple, pleasant and had cost effective solutions for us. I highly recommend! I’m going to use them to close the pool too, later this fall.
