I bought a hot tub here, for a lot less than another place in town that had the same model. Before delivery they came twice to check my yard and patio to ensure they could get the tub installed smoothly (and the old one removed) - and when they brought it a couple weeks later it went fine. The new tub came with a free cover, steps, and several months worth of chemicals. Jason is always helpful and responsive when I email… but the new tub had a slow leak in the drain hose which took them two visits to fix. Still, both times they were able to send a tech the next business day who texted me their ETA and was on time.
They were so helpful with questions I had about a particular dechlorination chemical, and good prices.
When we originally purchased our hot tub we received fantastic service from Marty. But after someone else bought Hot Stuff the service has been terrible. I use my hot tub for my short-term rental business and they have left me high and dry now multiple times when I’ve had issues. They don’t even return my phone calls when I need to have the hot tub repaired. The hot tub is only a couple years old, I’m still making payments on it, and I can’t even use it right now. I’m losing business and they could care less. They have not taken care of me as a customer and I honestly would never buy another hot tub from them again.
Our dealings with this business have been primarily with Aleeta at the store. She has been extremely helpful explaining different things to us as we needed info. She has very good communication skills and knowledge of the product. Would recommend any of our friends to see her for purchases or service issues.
Great product and excellent service! Purchased a Passion 13 ft swim/spa several months ago. From initial consultation through delivery and setup Hot Stuff Spas exceeded our expectations. Marty was on site each step of the way to ensure everything was done right. Working with the staff at Hot Stuff Spas has been a pleasure. My only regret is that I did not buy from them sooner.
