We’ve had the Deschutes tub for a month now and I’m absolutely loving it! This spa is amazing and is getting a lot of use by our family and friends. The layout of this model perfectly optimizes space, making it very roomy. I like that it has steps on the inside and all the various jets, waterfalls, lights and light colors you could ever want. We opted for the master massage jet and I’m so glad we did. It is THE MOST powerful jet you’ve ever felt and gives an intense foot massage.Shopping with this company is super easy. I appreciate not being pressured at all to buy and Forrest was fantastic to work with. He takes the time to set you up for success by teaching the ins and outs of water balance and everything else you need to know to maintain your spa. My water is still crystal clear like the day it was filled. The delivery guys were super nice too. Highly recommend West Coast Spas!
After a lot of research on a new hot tub we decided to get one from West Coast spas and couldn't be happier! It was exactly what we were looking for and after speaking with Forrest at the Salem store, we knew we made the right choice! The price and size is perfect for us! The tubs and covers are built locally in Woodburn which was a determining factor for our purchase. It took 4 weeks to build our tub which gave us time to prepare an area for delivery. We were in constant contact with Forrest during this process which was invaluable. Also the removal of our old tub was a challenge and I would like to thank Mike, Junior and Alex for their professionalism in removing it and bringing our new tub in!! Since the delivery we had a few minor issues and all it took was a phone call to the factory and Abby and Mike were fantastic and getting the problems resolved! It is very refreshing to have that kind of service!! If you're looking for a spa look no further than West Coast spas!! You won't be disappointed!!
