Utah Vinyl Pools and Spas

We recently had our vinyl pool liner replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The owner went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Not only did they do an excellent job on the liner replacement, but they also took the time to help us track down and diagnose leaks in the pool, coordinating with another company to make sure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and is willing to put in the extra effort to make sure the job is done right. Their communication, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding from start to finish. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its work and truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend them. Thank you for all your help!

We just had our vinyl liner replaced by Jim at Utah Vinyl Pools, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jim was honest and dependable throughout the entire process. He was always available and responsive whenever I had questions, which helped put my mind at ease. The cost was very competitive compared to other bids I received, yet the quality of work was outstanding. Johan arrived when they said he would and did a great job. The new liner looks fantastic, and I highly recommended Jim and his team to anyone looking for a new liner.

Where is the 10 star option? If you aren't using Jim at Utah Vinyl Pools, you are making a mistake. He is, without a doubt, the best. We had a contractor take us for a ride and build us a depressing hole in the ground after 2 years. I finally fired him and got in touch with Jim. Jim came to my house the same day, told me the plan to finish the pool, and wrote up the contract. Jim stayed in contact with me proactively and did EXACTLY what he said would EXACTLY when he said he would. Jim doesn't even build pools currently, and he still dug us out of a nasty situation. Not only this, Jim got us in contact with people to mitigate other issues the contractor had caused (such as getting a structural engineer, leak test company, broken lights, etc etc). He gave us advice on which liner to pick, and we literally have people stopping everyday asking about it because it is so beautiful. Jim has been building pools longer than I have been alive and will outdo anybody because he takes pride in his work and pride in his relationships. He understands the most important parts of a construction project: safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget. I also have to throw a shoutout in for Johan and Jessie who did such an excellent job on the poolcrete after the previous contractor left a horror show. I consider Jim a friend now and wouldn't even both calling someone else for anything pool related. Jim's level of service is what every other contractor should strive for.

We had a great experience Utah Vinyl Pools. We replaced the liner in our 40x20 pool. It's an odd shape in places and was a bit hard to get right. They weren't perfectly happy with the fit, so they came back in the spring and re-did things. It is perfect now. They were in constant communication and we felt like we were Jim's most important customer. I will definitely be using them again going forward. They were very honest and did not expect payment until everything was done to our satisfaction.
