I've been working with Element Pool and have had a great experience so far. JC is professional, responsive, and great to work with. They communicate well, show up when expected, and clearly care about doing quality work. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I went into this pool refurbishment with a lot of reservations, but they made the entire process feel simple and manageable. Throughout the project, their employees were consistently professional, courteous, and respectful of our home, which made a big difference. At every step, they explained our options, offered thoughtful direction when it mattered, and respected our comfort level throughout. What initially felt daunting quickly became an easy, well-paced experience, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Element Pools has been a great company to work with! The quality of their work is amazing, they clean up after themselves every day, and they never leave my house a mess. Their pricing is super reasonable, especially for the level of work they provide. JC’s designs are truly superior to some of the longstanding pool companies in town, and it really shows in how beautiful the pool is shaping up to be. I’ve been extremely happy with the entire process so far and would absolutely recommend Element Pools to anyone looking for a reliable, professional pool company.

EDIT: My pool is complete and it is beyond d perfect! JC and his crew were phenomenal. From start to finish their execution was flawless. Ot is clear they take pride in their work. They were always respectful of my properly and kept me updated every step of the way. So glad I didn’t give up on my dream of having a pool built in my yard after having more than five other pool companies come out. Element Pool Company has been amazing from the very beginning. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable, super efficient, and have kept me up to date with the progress along the way. Currently about halfway through the process and I cannot wait for the final product. Their design was perfect from the start.
