Long review, but please read. It will be worth it.A little bit of background: our property is overlooking Sunset Canyon, so we wanted to have a pool with a negative edge, a.k.a. "Infinity Pool". This means that we needed a custom installation.At first, we went with a different pool company. Long story short: We had an experience that (unfortunately) many other homeowners have with pool companies: horrible!The previous pool company installed the pool incorrectly, which led to leaks, and then abandoned the project. In the end, the incorrectly installed pool had to be demolished and removed.So we started interviewing other pool companies to install the pool we dreamt of, and in the process we met Jeff - Owner of Staycation Fiberglass pools.Jeff impressed us with his transparency about the project and the cost and his professionalism. And it was super helpful that he brought his designer who created a 3-D model of the new pool while we were discussing it at out dining room table.We chose Staycation to build our new pool. They just finished project, and here's our experience:Many other pool companies take your money and then use the cheapest contractors to do the job. With Staycation, you get a team that's employed by them, has been working together on hundreds of projects and knows exactly what to do. It's actually fun seeing them work together, joking and having a great time while doing an excellent job.Jeff has trained his team to pay attention to the details, and it's the small things that make a difference: Every edge, every line is absolutely straight and aligned. If something didn't turn out perfect at the first try, they remove it and do it again until it's perfect.The communication is done through an app called "JobThread", and you always know what's happening when.Ok, this is getting long so let me wrap this up:If you are looking for a pool company that delivers highest quality for a great price, and has "customer satisfaction" as their top value, then choose Staycation.Thanks to Jeff and the whole team at Staycation, our dream pool has become a reality.

Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job on our pool, every step was processed and completed in the time frame that was given. Start to completion was less that a week and our kids were swimming on day three. We own a pool cleaning service and Jeff with staycation builds the best ones! Five star!
Staycation did a fantastic job. Every member of the team was available to answer all our questions through the whole process. Our project manager updated us everyday to give us a schedule of the workday. We highly recommend them! Our pool is fantastic, unique - constructed on a hill.
