Pool turned out beautifully with the turf installed around it. The pool project was finished as planned in just 8 weeks in time for my daughter’s birthday party. Any issues or concerns were worked out immediately through the project manager and general manager, Steve. Great support . Steve the general manager could be reached any time along with the project manager on site. All the contractors did quality work. The Pool has been great the past few months. Any adjustments needed are worked out with the Blue Haven project manager, Gustavo. My pool cleaner was not moving out of my deep end and so I was given a new one immediately through Hayward, which works well. I am happy with Hayward pool equipment I purchased. The lighting is great too! Bluehaven gave the best competitive price and worked with me for the best deal. None of the other companies I researched could match their price. I loved how Blue haven is a company for all families and all types of pools.
Gustavo did a great job on handling my pool. He communicated very well and when I had a question he didn't hesitate to return my call or text ASAP. The rest of the crew that was out building my pool was outstanding. See photos below from beginning to end.
