He never tries to upsell, always provides helpful DYI info if you want it and lets you know if his service would be unnecessary. A provider with such good character, dependable knowledge, and a strong work ethic is invaluable.
We’ve known Jake for over 4 years and give him our highest recommendation. Jake has proven to be reliable, trustworthy and professional. Our jacuzzi has never had an issue during this time. Jake is a family man and often shares stories about his two children. He always comes in smiling and connects with our dog which means our dog can stay outside when Jake arrives. Jake goes above and beyond as exemplified by emptying and filling our jacuzzi when needed.
Jake has been cleaning our spa for 2 years and he’s great! I never have to worry about the spa maintenance - Jake takes care of it all and is always able to answer any questions I have and offer advice. Would recommend him to all my family and friends!
Don’t call the other guys!!!! Not only is Jake responsive but he is timely. He responded to me right away and then was servicing my hot tub the next day. I was so impressed that he took the time to talk to me about my situation and was upfront about the items that he can support and what he would be referring/outsourcing as far as repairs go. He was honest, candid and knowledgeable. I just asked him to do regular maintenance and am switching to him after an unfortunate incident with my last person. Thank you Jake!
