We absolutely LOVE our new backyard! Everyone we worked with (Lacy, Eric, Ken, RC, and Mike) were professional, courteous, and put up with all my questions. When I had an idea about the design, they went ahead and got pricing for it. When I didn't love any of the choices that were originally presented (example: the firepit glass rock choices for on top), I asked for other choices and we found the one we loved! When we needed to meet, they worked around our schedules. Beautiful landscaping. What started out as just a pool and spa, became an entire backyard project! And we love it! ?? ????I will include finished project pictures and a few before (we had just bought the house, so the original backyard design was not of our choosing).
We have had the pool for 1 year now. Still happy with it! Every team we worked with was great. They manage every aspect of the project so you don’t have to manage or worry about anything. We got our fence replaced, A LOT of landscaping removed, mini built in kitchen, and an in-ground pool. They were very considerate, professional, and thoughtful when we told them about our needs and budget. We opted out of the landscaping package but they still provided the infrastructure (irrigation and electrical taps) for us to do it on our own in the future. Project took about 6 months. Every phase had a different team (demo, landscaping, fence, different people for specialty pool phases , etcetera) that came by and each one was on time, worked hard, left things tidy and were respectful. I loved this experience and the way this company does business, I would 100% recommend!Pictures are before and after, not the best pictures but gives you an idea..
Pacific Sun Pool and Spa was amazing. Starting with their design team, they guided us through the process and provided expert advice, creating a backyard worthy of spending time in it. Then their project management team was on top of everything and kept us updated throughout every phase of construction. Finaly the landscape team’s knowledge helped us create a beautiful back yard, with a look we wanted coupled with plant viability for our area. We could not be any happier with the end result. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, competent, and courteous team to build your pool. From the first phone call with Lacy to our first swim, this company has been absolutely amazing to work with. Lacy and Ken came down to look at the project and were professional, kind and pressure free! They were sure to meet my needs within my budget. RC, Ken and Mike were top notch guys making sure every phase of the project went smooth and it did. There were literally zero hiccups along the way and from start to finish we were swimming in just over 5 months. Amazing! This is a family run operation and it shows. They are on top of everything and super responsive. They pay close attention to detail and the final product shows this. A big thanks to RC, Mike, Ken and the whole crew. Also Junior- what a hard working, talented guy! I highly recommend this pool company and can't say enough great things. Thank you!
As always Pacific Sun did an Awesome job on my Pool/Spa/Ramada project. All promises made where kept. A special shout out goes to Ken who kept all things running smoothly and heard me out on all my concerns. KEN IS ONE HELL OF DUDE and nobody in this business comes close to his services and professionalism and overall good cheer!!!.Another shout out goes to RC. RC was awesome from the start of the project to the end and he was always willing to help out even after working hrs via text. RC's knowledge of pool building and all the new technology is very impressive!Another shout out goes to Mike the Landscaping and Ramada Supervisor and his your Lead Ismael. Both of these gentleman where always willing to go that extra mile and help out and offer advise.I'm am very satisfied with the whole Pacific Sun and Spa company including the owner Rob.
