Called in with an air gap issue and spoke to Kevin and then Lance. They both had a fantastic attitude of helpfulness. I requested a service visit but they instead gave me a quick suggestion that worked and avoided the cost of the service call. That built a lot trust for me with them for all my future service needs. It’s a pool, things break, and now I trust they won’t take advantage of me when the big breaks happen.

Lance was able to diagnose and fix our pool pump in just one visit, which was incredibly impressive. Their expertise, honesty, and professionalism earned my trust right away. Technicians Apollo and Arian regularly service my pool. They are always prompt, punctual, and are both very friendly and personable. They even answered my questions and helped educate me on how to use my Pentair pool system.ProTouch always texts before they arrive to service the pool and then email confirmations that full service has been completed after each visit. I love this feature of their service!I am very pleased with my service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality professional pool service!
Cannot recommend ProTouch enough. I was referred to them on a recommendation for an issue I had with my pool pump. Both Kevin and Lance were incredibly helpful and spent time with me on the phone to help diagnose the problem and try different solutions to see if I could resolve the issue myself, resulting in finding a good temporary solution that same day, and without them charging a dime. They have earned my trust and I will use them for all future pool maintenance and repair work.
