Called in with an air gap issue and spoke to Kevin and then Lance. They both had a fantastic attitude of helpfulness. I requested a service visit but they instead gave me a quick suggestion that worked and avoided the cost of the service call. That built a lot trust for me with them for all my future service needs. It’s a pool, things break, and now I trust they won’t take advantage of me when the big breaks happen.

ProTouch Pool Services has been servicing my pool for several months now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Alan was very responsive and helpful when I first reached out to him. Technicians Apollo and Arian regularly service my pool. They are always prompt, punctual, and are both very friendly and personable. They even answered my questions and helped educate me on how to use my Pentair pool system.
ProTouch always texts before they arrive to service the pool and then email confirmations that full service has been completed after each visit. I love this feature of their service!

Cannot recommend ProTouch enough. I was referred to them on a recommendation for an issue I had with my pool pump.
