Jeremy at Swim Care did 2 things for us.First, he had our pool rock slide redone. It had gotten chippy and was dangerous to slide on. Now it's beautiful, looking better than the original.Second, he set up a service call to help us understand how and why our pool heater didn't work. We don't use it often, but we needed help. Jeremy not only clarified everything for us but he helped clear the jets so they pumped harder. Then he did a quick check in our pump, valves, etc. All of this was above what we had requested.We've had our pool for over 30 years and had several people look at it, all giving advice. None were as informed and helpful as Jeremy.We cave recommend him more highly.
Our solar (bladder) roof pool heater burst and spring a huge leak gushing into neighbors yards over Memorial Day weekend. Swim Care Pool Specialists got back to me immediately, instructed me on how to turn off flow through them, came out next day to take care of the leak temporarily. Then got replacement panels and was there a few days later replacing them. Even fixed another unknown leak and connected salt sensor to our Pentair hub without charge. Couldn’t be more impressed and saved us a lot. Would highly recommend for routine and emergent pool services. They are the real deal and go way above and beyond. Plus, they are friendly and an awesome team!

We used Jeremy and Swim Care services to fully renovate our pool and have been ecstatic with the results. They were professional, personable and finished in a timely manner. We resurfaced our pool, added new equipment and automation, added a Baja shelf and a concrete water slide. Juan, a concrete wizard, made all of our slide dreams come true.
