Unfortunately he wouldn’t be able to fix the leak but gave me a solution for me to try and fix it my self. Armando the owner gave me a follow up call after and recommended me to call another company who specializes in the brand of hot tub I’ve got. They went above and beyond. Greatly appreciated! After searching high and low around the San Francisco bay area for a Specialist and Analyst i was referred from the next door app and from MasterSpa originally for my Portsmouth Custom MasterSpa. After qualifying all my issues the owner Armando went over every scenario to identify the electrical problem that my electrician who was not previously worked specifically on Jacuzzi's and i could not quite figure out. Exactly was wrong. By a process of elimination Armando knew what parts bring to my home and his Wonderful son and his assistant worked quickly to replaced my heater and fortunately had other needed parts with him. Armando also had me empty the Jacuzzi first so he could do the electrical work and then refill the hot tub and everything worked perfectly.We also had the breaker by my electrician since it was old. I spent a lot of time to get this fixed and now everyone her is happy and we can entertain again. If you want an expert contact Clear & Clean Spa Repair and talk to Armando first so you can save time in advance by qualifying the issues. The price was $600 and that included the new heater and new wires and the fuses that also needed to be replaced. His son also was very smart and had me change my filter and advised me on other maintenance. The job was completed and my tub refilled in 2.5 hours. This company deserves 5 stars reviews and please leave them a positive review if you are happy with their services i certainly am 100%.
Armando and his assistant came out to repair my hotub less than 24hrs after my call. They were very prompt, efficient, and super friendly!They were able to honestly assess the problem in little time. Like many problems, it was operator (me!) induced and easily solved. A few gaskets later, a new GFI, and a thorough cleaning, my tub was up and running! Clear and Clean Spa Repair is highly recommended!
