Highest quality job, honest, and fair. Gordon and team have decades of experience designing and building pools, but where they really stand out is complicated hillside or structural pools. They were highly capable in building piers, foundation retaining walls, a cantilever structure, and vanishing edge. Honest up-front on job timing and costs, willing to work creatively to solve problems that arise, willing to finish job with surrounding yard projects, and completely fair dealing with unexpected issues or changes in design. They don’t skimp on anything- proper tools and crews, safety, high quality coping/tile/plaster, and by default the best equipment you can buy. Would absolutely work with the team again, in fact I wouldn’t even consider or quote another option.
I was told by the person that referred me to Drummond and Sons "Trust me, they are the best and just save yourself the time and go with them." Well I still decided to spending a lot of time talking to 14 different pool builders and 9 out of the 14 pool builders didn't even want to take my project on given I was looking for an infinity edge on a hill and wanted a cold plunge and waterslide as well. It was clear after that long process talking to so many providers that Drummond would do the most quality work for the best price. They had done many complicated jobs in the past so this was easy for them and their workers who have been doing this for decades. Throughout the build process I was very impressed by their quality of work and their communication. Everything came out to the cost we agreed upon and the final result was amazing and speaks for itself. Even after the job they would continue to check up to see how everything was going and they are always there for me whenever I have any questions. Being in real estate, I have worked with A LOT of contractors and I can't recommend these guys enough. I stand by the original advice I received: Save yourself the time and just go with the Drummonds and you won't regret it.
Can’t say enough great things about working with Drummond & Sons Pool’s. I feel like we got really lucky finding them and getting to work with them. Their design is thoughtful, tasteful, and there were so many instances where we got to see how experienced they are in their field. Every challenge was met by them with positivity and multiple solutions. They were always responsive and genuinely cared about the progress and end result which we really appreciated. We would work with them again and again and plan to!
I would like to recommend Drummond & Sons for their exceptional expertise in the design and construction on our swimming pool and backyard remodel. From the initial consultation to the final completion, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were excellent and could not be faulted. There crew was always on time, very clean and respectful of our home whilst the project was being built. I really got the sense of the fact they were a family business and the cared about the end product and there reputation throughout the whole process. I would have no issue with giving them a 5 star review.
Gordon Drummond said their goal as a business was for us to be 1000% satisfied. We absolutely are. They built our entire pool/hot tub combo in 2 months from demo to swimming, which was ahead of schedule. They have many projects and a large staff which is key to their efficiency, yet Gordon and Pierce were always available by phone or in person whenever we had a question or needed anything on site. All of their workers are friendly and work hard, and it is clear they all have a high level of expertise. The Drummonds were the best contractor we've ever hired.
