As a member of an HOA board for 10 years, I've had to deal with several other pool companies. Blu Dolphin is by far the best. They are quick to respond to all service issues, even on a Sunday. Everyone that I have dealt with are competent and friendly. I strongly recommend Blu Dolphin to anyone who needs their pool serviced, restored, etc. - residential or commercial.

I would highly recommend Blue Dolphin for any of your pool/spa needs. Highly knowledgeable, connected, professional and responsive. Our recent major pool/patio rehab went without a hitch and Blue Dolphin worked seamlessly with our other contractors to be sure things went smooth and took the worry off our plate. The pool looks amazing and Blue Dolphin's input from the beginning and execution throughout is largely the reason why.
I had a Dolphin pool service truck accelerate at me in a crosswalk and then swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting me. I assume there was a pool emergency and his lights and sirens aren't working.
I haven’t completed my project (or even started for that matter) but could not wait to recommend this company based on the outstanding customer service...I mean totally above and beyond!!!!! I have a complicated job replacing an obsolete pool light. I had a couple of company’s tell me no before I finished describing the job, “been there, done that, not worth the hassle.”Rebecca and the team at Blu Dolphin have had amazing communication and follow up in trying to (successfully) locate a replacement light that will fit our 1970’s Anthony Pool. They have provided me with resources, given free advice, and offered to take on a job that may prove difficult. Fingers crossed it isn’t an impossible task, but I will follow up to update the review once completed.Regardless of the outcome, Blu Dolphin has earn Five Stars, my business, and my recommendation moving forward!!!
