I bought a Polaris pool cleaner robot from Herbs. I have had some issues with it and Herbs staff have been amazing in helping me with these issues. Prompt, efficient, very helpful and available. Great service!

Disaster experience with weekly pool service over a span of several years. Was billed repeatedly when technicians weren’t even showing up. Pool was bright green when I let them go, and billing staff yelled at me on the phone. Maybe you’ll have better luck with them!
I've had a pool for 37 years and normally don't go to Herbs since I live in Novato. After refilling my pool I needed it tested and chemicals replenished. After testing they recommended about $150 in chemicals which I purchased. After I got home I realized I already had one of the chemicals I bought. The next day I came back to the same sales person who said no problem on the return until the manager said "NO RETURN OF ANY CHEMICALS." He didn't care that this small $20unopened bag that i bought 24 hours ago. He said it's posted all over the store. He directed me to several locations in the store and sure enough nothing in print about returning chemicals, except for in small print on the receipt.(I believe they now added it)I called my favorite pool store Don Johnson's in Novato and they informed me they’d be happy to return unopened chemicals. If you want good customer service I wouldn’t recommend Herbs.
