The spa/ hot tub is great We love the serenity, 6800. We’ve used it every day since it’s been installed. We had to change our plan for positioning due to some HOA requirements but it all worked out nicely. We walked into Queen Creek Hot Tubs with minimal intentions on purchasing a hot tub ! Jasmine showed us a few and we found one that looked great and would work well for us ! Jasmine gave us a good price and selected that unit. We went with this Company that has a great reputation ( Henry liked the picture of our dog Goliath ). Biggest factor was installation and service , that was on Nick ! He delivered the hot tub the next with 4 other top installers and ran electrical. They took their time with regards to proper maintenance and chemical water balance. The Hot Tub looks great along with Goliath !
I was searching for a Hydropool dealer and sent an on line enquiry and honestly did not know if I would even receive a reply like what is the case with most on line enquiries. But to my surprise I received an immediate response which later evolved into text message communication which was prompt, helpful and courteous. We made arrangements to stop in a few days later which we did. We had been communicating with Jasmin and she recognized us immediately. We met Jeremy the store owner along with Cameron a sale person. We explained our situation and what we had wanted for a spa to replace our current one. Everyone was most helpful and all were extremely knowledgeable about the product. We made a deal and arrangements were made to have the tub/spa delivered a few days later. And it was delivered and set up as planned. The set up crew were quite thorough as to the operation of the tub as well as thorough as to the chemicals etc in the set up kit. They cleaned up the mess, filled the tub, balanced the water and we were set. Our experience I can say was top notch from the on line enquiry to communication followup the day after the tub was set up and operational. If you are looking for a tub, I would definitely recommend a HydroPool which is the only self cleaning tub on the market and definitely recommend Jeremy and his company Queen Creek Hot Tubs where they will look after you from start to finish.
