After having another pool service company for a couple of years, they either got lazy or didn't care anymore. They had my water completely out of balance yet reported every week that everything was good and that the water chemistry was spot on.After verifying my suspicions, I started the process of vetting a new company for service. Tartan just stood out from the others I spoke to. From me initially reaching out to them through the entire quote process, everyone was very prompt, professional and honest.Because of the chemistry imbalance, they did a drain, refill and chemical balance to start fresh. I then decided halfway through the drain to ask if they could go ahead and bead clean the tile and glass. They coordinated within an hour and had that set up for that afternoon. The technician ended up working until 8:30 that evening to complete the cleaning process. My wife and I felt bad that he was there that late but he didn't seem to mind. He was very professional and ensured that the back yard was cleaned up once he was done prior to starting the refill process.It was very refreshing to deal with a company that really seems to care about the customer and shows it through their actions.I now also have started my weekly service with them as well.Our pitty Ducky and I highly recommend Tartan Pools for pool service and maintenance needs!
