Our service has been poor. Waiting waiting and waiting our pool has been in our garage for over a month . No communication no service but they have our money . They say they will call , we’re waiting and waiting. We have reservations out of state and light house pools have us hanging . Merrill smith
Bought a hot tub from them back in 2012 controller went bad so did a retrofit put a new one in not sure how to get everything working correctly with the retrofit kit called them up to do a service call and they will not do it because I did not purchase retrofit kit from them
We just purchased a hot tub from Tori (Dec 01/25) who was very helpful, prompt with feedback and assisting us in getting the hot tub that worked out best with our color requests, electrical restrictions ( we had to stick with the plug and play), and budget. Highly recommend giving her a call!
Absolute terrible. I will never use again or buy from their store. I have a short term rental that needs weekly service. I was told that the chemistry would be taken care of and that it would be spot cleaned when needed at a rate of 100/half hour. I am fine with that however out of the 4 weeks they were to service the pool they only showed up 3 and only vacuumed 1x. When I called to asak what happen (Bob or Don) at the service center told me that they were no longer going to be servicing my pool He was rude and just told me that it will not work out, All I was calling for was to make sure they clean it when they are there. I explained that I have spent nearly $1000.00 in chemicals and other accessories from their Sandusky store this year and he still wanted to cancel our agreement. I would not recommend them, especially if you are counting on them to get the job done. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I spent so much time and money on their company. 3.8 stars speaks for itself. The pictures are after they supposedly vacuumed the pool.
I paid 400 dollars for a pool vacuuming and the pictures show the results, still awful. This company prioritizes their hourly rate over the quality of their services. Save your money and go buy a nice vacuum yourself instead.
