After giving them a call, Oscar was out the very next day, diagnosing the issues with our spa. His efficiency is incredible. Within a single day, he had already diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary replacement part, drained the spa, and meticulously scrubbed both the tub and the covers. He already has everything perfectly lined up for the installation, the second the part arrives. Oscar is fast, efficient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to find Oscar from M&F Pool & Spa - we had an issue with our pump and he came out the next day (while I expected to be a week or two) and told us exactly what was wrong. His price was extremely reasonable and he did a great job. Recently we had another issue with our hot tub and he responded promptly - setup an appointment , is very knowledgeable and fixed the issue in less than a week. He is definitely our go to person and would recommend him to anyone needing a hot tub/spa inspection and quote.

El señor Óscar is extremely knowledgeable about everything related to jacuzies. Also, he arrives on time (even when I wasn't at the house) which didn't stop him from starting work. When I arrived, he had already did so much to identify what was the problem with my jacuzzi. Then, when I asked him, how much was his service… it was pretty considered… Honestly, he is a very honest person!
