Aro Pool Builders Innovations Inc

David Perez just re-tiled our pool and we couldn't be more pleased with the job he did! He worked tirelessly to ensure that it came out exactly how we wanted. One of the days, him and his colleague worked 11 straight hours in the sun to ensure they finished on time! Their work ethic, professionalism, and work quality are unmatched.

After looking at many different vendors — including several large, well-established companies — we decided to go with ARO Pool Builders Innovations Inc., and we are so glad we did. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, and the results speak for themselves. Our outdated pool has been transformed into a sleek, stunning, resort-style oasis. The project included all new plumbing, new coping, new tile, a new Baja shelf, new lighting, a new pump and filter system, beautiful pebble plaster, and new deck jets — which the kids absolutely love! Every element was completed with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. The Baja shelf has become our favorite feature for the kids to play and for the adults to relax and soak up the sun. We consider ourselves discerning clients, and Alex, the owner, was incredibly patient, responsive, and accommodating to all our requests – no matter how detailed. He kept the project on time and on budget. He listened carefully, answered every question, never rushed decisions, and made sure we were completely happy with every detail. His attention to detail and commitment to quality exceeded our expectations. His crew was equally impressive — experienced professionals with many years of experience working on high-end, luxury pools. They were courteous, skilled, and respectful of our property throughout the remodel. As with any renovation, a few unexpected issues arose, but Alex handled them transparently, with clear communication and very reasonable pricing. There were no surprises, and we always felt like we were in good hands. The final result far exceeded our expectations. Our pool now looks and feels brand new. The new lighting creates a magical ambiance at night, the tile and coping are flawless, the pebble plaster looks and feels amazing, the upgraded plumbing, pump, filter systems have made everything run more efficiently, and the deck jets add a playful and elegant touch that the whole family enjoys. We truly couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire ARO Pool Builders Innovations Inc., and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who understands luxury design, values quality, and truly cares about top-quality work, transparent service and pricing, and delivering an exceptional final product.

Alex was recommended by a friend and words cannot express the gratitude and how pleased we were with the work of Alex and his crew. Our pool and spa was very dated and not operating well – the spa did not work properly, lights did not work, tiles falling apart, waterfalls barely working, etc. Alex and his crew were great and he was excellent at keeping us updated on progress and even when encountering unforeseen issues, he would notify us immediately to explain the situation and we felt he was very fair as there were additional costs that resulted. Through the process, we were impressed with the suggestions and additional features that we could add all while being courteous on cost. Our spa is an unique shape and we were struggling with the coping as the companies that came out for a quote were either very high or we were concerned with how the end result would look. Alex knowing this, talked with Charlie who works with Alex, and presented us with another solution which turned out to be awesome. He is very knowledge, friendly and passionate about his work. In the end, everything looks amazing, and we have received many compliments that our pool and spa are like being at a resort. The work was done timely and Alex and his crew are very diligent, honest, hardworking and if an issue arises, they will work through it until it is done right. We now have a beautiful fully functioning and remodeled pool, spa, fire and water features, LED waterfalls and lights. We highly recommend Alex and his crew.

Arro pool builders completely rebuilt our “spool” with new plaster, coping, waterfall, waterline tile, pool equipment, and lighting. We cannot say enough good things about their quality of work! They are very very knowledgeable and creative. They turned what we thought was an impossible eyesore in our yard into a beautiful outdoor feature. They are transparent with the costs, and kept us well informed on the budget throughout the project. They are responsive, on time and diligent to get our project done timely. They were also very respectful of the surrounding space and existing patios, as well as landscaping, none of it was damaged or hurt in any way during the construction. We highly recommend Aro Pool Builders.

Alex was recommended to us by our neighbors/friend. We’d been gathering quotes for two years and had a couple that we thought could work, but decided to get one more quote… Alex impressed us with his experience, and ideas. Plus- he was open to what we wanted in our pool remodel. He is efficient, honest, and has a great crew. Plus- he connected us with a great hardscape company. We Highly recommend ARO pools.
