We recently purchased a spa from Gordon and Grant. The experience could not have been better. From our first meeting with Tim at the Santa Barbara location to meeting with Perry at the Goleta location, everyone was knowledgeable, interested in meeting our needs and just nice, low pressure, people. Once we decided on a Jacuzzi brand we worked with Tim, Joe and Gabe to determine the right model for our needs. The delivery/set up was flawless with Joe, Juston and the rest of the team.The entire experience was great and we love our new spa.Would not hesitate to recommend these folks to our friends.
We have had two hot tubs through Gordon & Grant and they are part morning ritual.G&G provides weekly maintenance so we never have to worry about balance or filters. It is very helpful knowing that hot tub will be maintained while we are traveling. We highly recommend G&G.
Purchased a J280, 90x90 inch Jacuzzi from Joe at Gordon and Grant back about 3 years ago back in October 2021 and its worked great. Had a couple minor typical issues that they came and took care of without a problem. Joe is very knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. We had to bring in a crane to lift the Jacuzzi on the deck where it needed to be and he helped coordinate everything effectively. Highly recommend. Will certainly work with them again.
Spent the whole day waiting for them to come over to repair my spa. I had an appointment for "sometimes that day" . They don't give a time... Not only did they "No show" me meaning I wasted a day for nothing, but they didn't have the decency to call and tell me they would not be showing up. I hate to tell them this, but their clients time has value also.They claimed it was due to the storms (3 days earlier) but there is no reason they couldn't have had someone call from the comfort of their own homes sometimes during those three days to let clients know they were going to no show,
Gordan & Grant has been serving SB County for several decades. From super classy all wood tubs, to state of the art modern designs. Excellent customer service as well.This IS the place to get your hottub.
