We recently installed a new surface in our outdoor pool as well as new tiles. We met with a few pool companies and Thomas pools was the most reasonably priced and communicated the plan and options. They did not disappoint in execution! They are great and frequent communicators - you always know where your project stands, what's next, and if anything might need to change. It was about as seamless a process as could have been expected and I seriously recommend them. Timothy was my primary contact and he went out of his way to ensure things were done on time, the quality was excellent, and that I took advantage of options and I was satisfied throughout the process. He presented excellent options on pool surfaces and colors and was not in a hurry when showing me samples and colors. Always ensured I was pleased and ready for the next phase.
