Excellent experience with Leah at Cal Hot Tubs. Very professional. From removal of my old tub, new hot tub selection through delivery and set up. She also provided plenty of pro tips along the way. And if you need an electrician for your new hook up, have Leah give you Michael's info. Top notch!

I would definitely recommend ordering from California Hot Tubs rather than an online company. Our experience buying a hot tub with Leah was fantastic. She gave us great advice when we were deciding which tub we wanted and what features we should add. We never felt like she was trying to upsell us on any unnecessary items. She connected us with a crane company, Tony, and their delivery guy, Ed, and the delivery and set up went smoothly. Tony & Ed have worked together before and everything went smoothly, despite the difficult location. Leah even offered to help us troubleshoot if we have any issues after we get it up and running.
Max and Leah offer the best showroom I have seen in West LA and have exceptional service. I had been speaking with them for almost year before we made the purchase of our hot tub. I am very appreciative of their patience and support choosing the right one.Unfortunately, our house burned down from the Palisades fire after we purchased it and I was blown away they gave back the non-refundable deposit. It says a lot about this organization and I would encourage anyone looking for a hot tub to check out their convenient showroom. Much appreciative Max and Leah. We will be back when time comes!
