Monica Pool Leak Detection

I had been dealing with several problems with my spa and pool system, so I finally decided to have everything checked and repaired. They found and fixed it all, including a bad switch, a faulty GFCI, an air leak in the plumbing line, and a cracked filter cover. They also made sure the leak detection work was done carefully so the whole system could run the right way again. It is such a relief to have the spa back up and running smoothly, especially in Santa Monica where you want your pool and spa equipment working well year round. The service was thorough, professional, and easy to understand. Amazing work and highly recommended.

Shaun was excellent. He worked hard to confirm the pool leak and carefully checked the equipment, plumbing, and pool system so we could understand what was going on. I really felt like he truly wanted to help and not just rush through the job, which is hard to find with service pros these days. The whole team was knowledgeable about pool leak detection and explained everything in simple terms. The person who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was also friendly, professional, and got me booked as soon as possible. I highly recommend them for anyone needing pool leak detection in Santa Monica.

My pool equipment had a serious leak at the filter and then the tank burst, which was pretty alarming. It happened early in the morning, and thankfully no one was near the pool pad. After searching online, I contacted Monica Pool Leak Detection for help with the filter leak and equipment issue. Shaun responded quickly, inspected the problem, explained what caused the pressure buildup, and arranged a fast filter replacement within a few days so the pool water stayed clear and did not turn green in the heat. The whole team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for pool leak detection and related pool equipment leak repairs.

This was the second time I've dealt with a pool leak, and this experience with leak detection and repair was excellent. I spoke with Bryson, and he walked me through a few simple steps to help protect the pool and spa until the inspection appointment. He was very helpful, patient, and even called back after I noticed another issue with the water loss. When the team arrived, they quickly performed the leak detection, found the problem fast, and confirmed it was a broken spa jet that was causing the hot tub and pool to drain. In under two hours, they located the source of the leak and fixed it. I was very stressed at first about the pool leak and water loss, but Bryson made me feel at ease right away and told me not to worry. After the repair, the pool was running like new again, with the spa and circulation system working properly. The pricing, including parts and repair work, was very fair, especially for such fast and accurate pool leak detection service. They clearly care about doing quality work and making sure the repair is done right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing pool leak detection, spa leak repair, or help with pool water loss.

This is the most outstanding pool leak detection service in Santa Monica. I often hear complaints about vendors not showing up, but that was not the case here. I had a major pool leak, and they responded right away. Their team quickly found the source of the water loss, dug a trench to reach a cracked pipe, and made the repair before the pool lost even more water. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the whole leak detection and repair process. In a warm California area where pools get heavy use, it was a huge relief to have fast help from a team that clearly understands pool leaks. I would recommend this service to anyone and it is the only pool leak service I would use.
