We bought our Hot Spring tub from the Hot Tub Store a while back and it was an easy and fun experience. We recently had Benjamin Williams come out to install an ozone system. We had been trying to DIY hot tub maintenance and made a few mistakes, which Ben investigated, diagnosed, and corrected during his visit. Because this is a second home and we are not here consistently, we decided to sign up for the valet service once a month for peace of mind and a guarantee that the water will always be clean and safe. Ben is a magical and delightful person and I actually really enjoyed his visit. He was so kind, taught me many things about our hot tub that I did not know, and really took his time to thoroughly inspect and identify any issues to be addressed. A+ service - I highly recommend Ben and the Santa Rosa Hot Tub Store.
When it comes to delivering excellent customer service Benjamin and Daniel are IT!They were here yesterday to install our new hot tub cover. They did an excellent job. But more and that they did!Before they came they checked our file to determine if the hot tub needed more treatment. The ozone system needed to be replaced and they had the equipment.They also went through the other equipment and the filters needed to be replaced. They also cleaned the inner area of the hot tub.We had a tutorial on the chemicals and frequency of usage to keep the hot tub sparkling.They went above and beyond!It's a pleasure to write this review.Sallie and Tom C.
After months of research, we chose the Aria hot tub from Hot Springs—and couldn’t be happier. Hot Springs tubs are noticeably higher quality than other options in our area. Joseph and Terry guided us with excellent information and helpful samples to find the perfect model. The delivery team placed the tub exactly where we wanted it, and Grafton Electrical handled the hookup professionally. Michelle and Katie in the back office provided outstanding support for our upgrades and delivery. Benjamin promptly contacted us after delivery to schedule the orientation; his session was thorough and complete, and the whole Hot Tub Store team gave us confidence that we made the right choice with exceptional customer service.
My wife and I are thrilled with our new Kauai spa from the Hot Tub Store. Terry Rich was our sales guy and his patience with us as we worked through our decision process was fantastic. The salt water system Caldera offers is super easy on sensitive skin and that was really important to us. Ben Williams came to our home after the install and took us through all the spa functions as well as the in’s and out’s of water care that I’m sure will extend the life and enjoyment of our tub. He is extremely knowledgeable and a great resource! Thanks guys!
This has been a long journey. Renovation, delays, rescheduling, but The Hot Tub Store had our back at every twist and turn. Allison let us know about a fantastic sale or our preferred tub and even though we could not take delivery for months, made sure we could store the tub with them. We had to reschedule several times for delivery, and they rolled with it. The tub was delivered, it’s perfect, and Benjamin patiently walked me through the set up and the valet service (do the valet service!). In 3 days when I had a concern, Bryan came out and fixed me up right away. The service has been amazing.We are enjoying this beautiful tub in this beautiful place. Thank you Hot Tub Store!
