Unfortunately this company has let us down on multiple occasions - confirming a date to open/close our pool and then failing to show up (both last year and this year). We understand that things come up, though common courtesy would be to call to let us know. We have missed out on weeks of pool time due to their scheduling errors, and having to chase them. We will be using a different company moving forward.

I purchased a hot tub from this company in 2022. As we’re currently selling our home, I called and spoke to a man named Theo to ask whether the hot tub’s 5-year warranty could be transferred to the new owners.Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. When I mentioned that I had purchased the hot tub with an extended warranty, I was immediately told, “No you didn’t,” in a tone that I found abrupt and confrontational. Rather than simply clarifying that the 5-year warranty was included with the hot tub and not purchased separately, the conversation became argumentative and left me feeling talked down to.In the end, I received the information I needed, but the manner in which it was delivered was surprising and unprofessional. Customer service after the sale is just as important as customer service before the sale, and this interaction left a very negative impression.As we will be purchasing another hot tub in the future, this experience has influenced where we choose to shop.
Purchased a pool three years ago from this company and we are loving it. This is our go to place for supplies and service.
Purchased our in ground pool from Mark at Aqua Pools back in 2017. From the very beginning Mark and his staff have been very helpful with this “ new to the pool” guy.Opened the pool over the weekend. Was having trouble getting the pump to prime. Mark supplied couple of “nuggets” from behind his desk that solved the problem. He sure knows his stuff. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.Very happy that I shopped Aqua.
