Initially, we were very happy with the experience. RSC communicated well throughout the process, and we were excited about our brand-new in-ground pool. The pool was also professionally opened and closed by Rock Solid.Unfortunately, after the first winter, we began experiencing several issues. The concrete cracked in multiple locations, mainly at the corners of the rectangular pool, and we also had a return piping failure that caused water to leak behind the liner. To their credit, the return fitting was covered under warranty, and they repaired some of the concrete while they were onsite. However, these are not the kinds of problems you expect to deal with on a brand-new pool after only one season.
Rock Solid Pools crew took on a big project for us and has done a truly fabulous job both in quality of work, and truly friendly interaction with the staff. Of the many facets to this job every effort was made to provide quality work and accommodate our wishes. The owner has been quick and clear to communicate and most important made every effort to keep the job moving and complete on time. Highly recommended. Excellent experience.
We are so thankful and pleased with our pool! This completed our dream for our back yard!This year was really challenging when it came to weather. The start date changed fairly drastically due to this. We were disappointed but received continuous communication with Cal to ensure that once the job would start, it would continue until completion - and that is exactly what happened!There have been some minor touch ups required but we have been given a plan to attack those.The pool building team is amazing. They didn’t just build the pool, they advised on pool care, drainage ideas and landscaping things to consider to keep the pool in optimal shape.I would recommend this company to anyone for any of your pool or concrete needs!Heather DemersCorunna, ON
