We purchased our hot tub 18 years ago and have had nothing but positive experiences with Premium. We’ve had very few issues with the tub but when we have needed service, they have been prompt and helpful. We continue to buy hot tub products from them and hubby loves the fact that they know exactly who he is when he comes in the store. Because of the excellent service, we also purchased our smoker from them years ago and have no regrets with that decision either. We highly recommend the jacuzzi brand and this local business!
We recently purchased a new Jacuzzi from Premium. The experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. Zero pressure, informative but not overwhelming. Bought the Jacuzzi J475 lounger in Nov 2024. Pretty much used everyday. Absolutely love having it in backyard. Cassandra sold me it,,she's awesome to do business with. Don't waste time or $$$ with any competition buy Jacuzzi.
We couldn’t more pleased with the great service and knowledge the staff at PHL provides. With our family growing up and moving out, my gain and and I decided to swap out our big hot tub for a smaller one and the staff was terrific from helping us choose the right model for our deck space, providing all the details, installation arrangements, chemicals etc. it was a turn key set up and we are enjoying every minute in our new Jacuzzi, sun or snow!
We just received our Jacuzzi tub purchased from Premium Home Leisure. The experience was flawless. Rick was our sales person. He was super knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. It was a no pressure environment, we took a couple hours to think about it and came back to make the purchase. It was quick and efficient. The delivery went smoothly ( we got out tub with 8 days of purchase which was the cherry on top !) even it the rain ! The two men who delivered the tub were efficient and professional. All around great experience and I recommend them highly.
